Without dynamism, you are also going to manage to bore your audience. It is vital to keep the audienced tuned in. Get the audience asking questions, participating and being part of the speech. Get them on stage and you will certainly have their attention. Anything to keep their attention and focus on the message.
The message you are broadcasting is also significant. The message needs to be tailored towards the audience. Smokers need information on how to stop smoking. For the less confident, offer them help to get over their anxiety. The speech needs to be significant so it travels with the audience.
